At Alice & Astrid we have worked hard to ensure placing an order is safe, straightforward and simple. Below are a few frequently asked questions regarding delivery. If you have a query that has not been answered please contact us personally and we will be very happy to help you.

When will my order be despatched?

We aim to pack and despatch within 24hrs of receiving your order. We hold stock of the items on the web site (unless otherwise stated) and personally wrap and send out each order. Please note…if you have any special requests please make us aware by sending an email to discuss this with us.

Is my order on its way to me?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

How will my purchase arrive?

Your order will be packaged safely and securely. It will arrive in lovingly wrapped in tissue and ribbon, normally in a white padded envelope with an Alice & Astrid logo discretely on the front below your postal address.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We send all parcels via Royal Mail , first class signed for.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

If an item is lost in transit, please allow 15 days before it can officially be classed as lost. If you think it maybe lost, please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our best to assist you. After 15 days we can report the item as lost and make arrangements for another delivery.

Can you deliver to a different address to the invoice address?

No problem at all, just enter the delivery details at the checkout.

We have taken every care to produce the uppermost quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn with all tags attached. Please fill in our returns form stating whether you would like to refund or an exchange. Package the form and the product into a parcel and send back to us by recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
