Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our E-shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term is to protect us in the case an error has been made in pricing, or have unintentionally under-priced goods, or are no longer capable of supplying a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back Orders
We do not operate a back ordering system. For stock availability not online please contact the Alice & Astrid shop in Notting Hill.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All orders placed from outside the UK and Europe will have the VAT deducted.

Returns Policy
We have taken every care to produce the uppermost quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn with all tags attached. Please fill in our returns form stating whether you would like to refund or an exchange. Package the form and the product into a parcel and send back to us Recorded delivery. Product description and Prices

Every care has been taken to ensure that product description, prices and specifications are as accurate as possible.  Representation of colour is as accurate as the photographic processes and screen variations will allow.

Part of the charm of Alice & Astrid collections are the natural methods of production employed in the making of the product, due to this variations may occur. 

Alice & Astrid prints are designed by us and are exclusive to our brand. The print runs are limited and therefore when buying an Alice & Astrid garment you are purchasing something which special & unique.

Care/Laundering

Cotton garments without any special trims may be machine washed at 40 degrees

Silk & alpaca garments may be washed by hand in a gentle detergent suitable for delicates in cool water, gently squeezed and dry flat. Dry cleaning is also suitable.
